I saw this recipe on Finding Joy in my Kitchen and knew it would be amazing. What is there not to love?
2 Medium size Zucchini
Seasoning Salt (I used Paula Deen's Crazy Salt)
Mozzarella Cheese
Slice zucchini and lay them in a backing dish. Sprinkle with seasoning salt and bake at 350 for 10 to 15 minutes or until tender. Top with cheese then put under the broiler until cheese is melted a bubbly.
