We eat a descent bit of
asparagus in our house, this is a simple and quick way to fix it that we both enjoy. I
originally learned this method from the
Pioneer Woman but I know a lot of people fix it this way.
1 Bunch of Asparagus
4 tbsp Olive Oil
Salt to taste
Fresh Ground Pepper to taste
Heat to 425. Wash the
Asparagus and cut the bottom off of it. Dry off the asparagus. Place the asparagus in a single layer. Drizzle with olive oil then sprinkle with salt and pepper. Roast for 10 minutes.
