Sweet and Sour Meatball Kabobs


This recipes was adapted from Taste and Tell. It was fun and different for the grill. We enjoyed them and will be having them again!

32 frozen fully cooked meatballs, thawed (1 lb.)***
1 red pepper, cut into 1-inch squares
1 green pepper, cut into 1-inch squares
1 sweet onion
1/4 cup apricot jam
1/4 cup BBQ sauce

Heat up the apricot jam and mix in the BBQ sauce. Heat the grill to medium. Skewer the meatballs and vegetables and coat with the glaze. Grill for 8 to 10 minutes and enjoy!

***I made my own turkey meatballs for this recipes, I just mixed a pound of turkey, 1/3 cup of bread crumbs, an egg, salt and pepper and mixed in a tablespoon of BBQ sauce.
