Cream Cheese Brownies



1 cup Canola Oil
2 cups Sugar
4 whole Eggs
2 teaspoons Vanilla
2 cups Flour
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
½ teaspoons Salt
½ cups Unsweetened Baking Cocoa
1 package (8 Oz) Cream Cheese (softened)
5 Tablespoons Butter Or Margarine (softened)
½ heaping cup Sugar
2 Heaping Tablespoons Flour
1 teaspoon Vanilla
2 Tablespoons Milk

Mix together the first 4 ingredients. Next sift together flour, baking powder, salt and baking cocoa then add to the first mixture. In a separate bowl blended together cream cheese, butter, flour, vanilla and milk until smooth. Pour half the brownie batter into a 9x13 greased baking dish, spread out. Then pour the cream cheese mixture and spread evenly, then spoon the remaining brownie mixture on top and spread as well as possible. Bake at 325 degrees for 50 to 55 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
