We love the garlic green beans at a local Asian restaurant we go to and so I have tried my best to recreate them. This is as close as I have gotten.
1lb fresh green beans
1 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves of garlic, minced
salt and pepper to taste
Saute the olive oil and garlic on low medium heat for a few minutes to bring out the flavor of the garlic. Add the green beans and turn the heat to medium. Cook green bean, turning every so often until done.
