8-12 red potatoes (quartered)
4 tbsp butter (melted)
4 pieces bacon (crumbled)
1/4 cup diced onion
1/2 tsp lowery seasoning
1 cup shredded cheddar
Heat oven to 375. Mix all the ingredients together, pour into a baking dish and bake for 30 minutes. Remove from oven, top with cheddar and return to oven for 10 to 15 more minutes. Serve warm.
